New Confident Avior Project at Maradu

Have learnt that Confident has started the Confident Avior Project at Maradu and is selling plots.It is located right on the river bank & the view must be excellent for those in favour of natural scenic beauty. Any information on the same would be welcome

BTW, any idea of how the DLF marine drive project Bay view is doing ? They don't seem to have announced it formally as yet, but soft selling by mailers are doing the rounds...
